Performance is milestone-based and project-driven. Instead of grades, you're measured based on how you contribute to partner startups in the Boulder community - professional experience is your coursework.
Ken is a consulting web developer and designer, formerly of Microsoft and Rally, currently based out of Boulder, CO. He primarily uses Node and React. He's a big fan of biking, cooking, and playing his ukulele.
Paul is a Junior Product Sales Engineer with sovrn Holdings. Paul graduated from Drake University with degrees in Marketing and Management. In addition to keeping busy in the Ad Tech industry, Paul enjoys taking advantage of all the great outdoors and the music Colorado has to offer.
Xavier Lemon has worked for several inside and outside sales companies including Cydcor, sovrn, SnapLogic, and Kickfurther, where he was Director of Sales. He also has experience that ranges from non-profits to startups of his own. He studied Economics and played football at Washington and Jefferson College. In my free time you can find him in bikram yoga, on his bicycle, or on a trail with his dog. He's happy to talk all things music, anytime!
